By accessing or using the Atwood Ops website (atwoodops.com) or any service we provide (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

These terms apply to all visitors, prospects and clients. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Atwood Ops is an AI automation agency. We design and implement process automations, AI support agents, tool integrations and custom internal software for companies in Mexico and the United States. Scope, deliverables and pricing for each client are defined in a separate written agreement.

This website is marketing material and an initial point of contact. The information presented here is not a binding offer and does not create a service contract.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when submitting forms or messages.
  • Use the website and communication channels (email, WhatsApp, scheduling links) for legitimate business inquiries only.
  • Not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
  • Not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory or harmful.

All content on this website —text, graphics, logos, the Atwood mark, code and design— is the property of Atwood Ops or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any part of this site without prior written permission, except for fair use permitted by law.

The Services and information on this site are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atwood Ops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

Performance figures referenced on this site reflect outcomes from specific past engagements and are not guaranteed.

What we collect. When you submit the contact form we collect the name, company, email, phone (optional), industry and message you provide.

Why we collect it. Solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit and follow up regarding our Services. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.

How the form is processed. Submissions are transmitted via Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service that processes the submission and delivers it to our inbox. See their privacy policy.

Retention. We retain inquiry data as long as necessary to engage with you and for legitimate business records (typically 24 months from last contact), after which it is deleted on request or under our internal schedule.

Your rights. You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data at any time by emailing ytroche@atwoodops.com.

We use Vercel Web Analytics in aggregate, without personal tracking cookies. Third-party fonts and services may set technical cookies as part of their operation; see their policies for details.

This site links to external services (Cal.com for scheduling, WhatsApp for messaging, LinkedIn / X / Instagram / YouTube). We are not responsible for the content, terms or privacy practices of those services. Use them at your own discretion.

We may update these Terms and the Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective” date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Atwood Ops is established. Any dispute shall be resolved before the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
